At Telstar Auto Glass our customer service is still done the good old fashioned way.  We don't have online appointment booking or a distant call centre providing our customers with pricing and information... we answer our phone right here, and one of our knowledgeable staff members will be pleased to give you a quote, answer all your questions and schedule an appointment. 

If you carry glass replacement coverage on your auto insurance - no problem.  We work closely with insurance companies and we can help make the claim process run smoothly for you.

If you use a fleet company for vehicle maintenance, we can do that too.  We are registered vendors for many of the widely used fleet companies such as Holman (ARI Canada) and Auto Integrate (Element Fleet Management).
